About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Finance to take on a pivotal role in leading enterprise financial planning and analysis, shaping financial strategy, and providing executive-level insight to guide investment decisions and sustainable growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing global FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, business analytics, and financial reporting. This role requires a strategic mindset, financial acumen, and the ability to manage risk while driving results and building effective teams. The VP, Finance will also be a trusted financial advisor, partnering with the CFO, executive leadership, and cross-functional business leaders to improve performance, margin discipline, and revenue predictability. Candidates for the VP, Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced credential strongly preferred. A minimum of 12 years' progressive finance experience, including senior leadership in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, business analytics, or operational finance, is required. The role demands a proven track record in developing and executing enterprise financial strategies, exceptional analytical judgment, and executive decision-making capability. Experience in a scaled SaaS business or a large enterprise with a focus on recurring revenue, bookings, pipeline health, and margin performance is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in dynamic, growth-oriented environments and experience in M&A activities, as well as a strong legal right to work in the United States.
