About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Finance to play a pivotal role in the financial evolution of the business. This executive will be tasked with building and leading the financial planning, treasury, and strategic finance functions to support the company's rapid growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including but not limited to, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial strategy. A key aspect of the role is to partner with the executive team, providing the financial clarity and insights necessary to guide critical business decisions. The VP of Strategic Finance will also be involved in investor and board relations, and will be expected to have a deep understanding of SaaS business models and experience in a similar high-growth, private equity- or venture-backed environment. Applicants for the VP of Strategic Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in FP&A, treasury, strategic finance, or corporate finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. A background in a SaaS company with recurring revenue, particularly in the $50M–$150M ARR range, is highly desirable. The role requires a strategic and analytical thinker, an influential communicator, and a proactive builder with an owner's mindset. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing finance teams, be adept at financial modeling and revenue planning, and have advanced proficiency in modern finance technology. While a CPA, MBA, or CFA is preferred, the company values demonstrated financial acumen and business judgment above formal credentials.
