About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Strategic Solutions & Delivery to join their dynamic team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in leading the Consulting, Professional Services, and Implementation functions within the Casualty Solutions business unit. The successful candidate will be a transformational leader, guiding a large team to support the full customer lifecycle, from pre-sales strategy to adoption, optimization, and expansion. Key responsibilities include serving as a thought leader in casualty operations, claims modernization, and AI-enabled business processes, as well as positioning the organization as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders. The role demands the development and execution of vision, strategy, and operational priorities for customer-facing functions, and driving organizational alignment to ensure a consistent and improved customer experience. Applicants for the Vice President, Strategic Solutions & Delivery role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in solutions consulting, professional services, or related disciplines. A strong background in casualty insurance, risk solutions, claims technology, or similar environments is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale customer engagements and business transformation initiatives, particularly those involving AI, automation, and digital transformation. Strong business acumen, the ability to build trusted relationships, and excellent communication skills are also required.
