ABOUT REUNITE RX

ReUnite Rx partners with drug manufacturers and fertility specialty pharmacies to help patients across the United States access fertility care.

We are a small, collaborative team that accomplishes a great deal—and we are growing. We are looking for a dependable, thoughtful, and curious Patient Care & Operations Coordinator who can provide exceptional support to patients while developing broader skills in business operations, reporting, technology, and process improvement.

This is not a traditional call-center position. Approximately 80% of the role will focus on patient and customer support through phone and email. The remaining responsibilities will evolve based on business needs and may include Excel reporting, workflow documentation, technology projects, data review, template creation, and process improvement.

This position is a strong fit for someone who enjoys helping people but does not want to perform the exact same tasks every day. You should be comfortable learning as you go, asking thoughtful questions, using good judgment, and taking ownership when a solution is not immediately obvious.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist patients through inbound and outbound calls and email.
• Identify patient needs, answer questions, and address concerns related to fertility-care products and services.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately, particularly when a patient is confused, frustrated, or needs additional guidance.
• Ask thoughtful questions, research available information, and determine when an issue should be handled independently or escalated.
• Accurately document patient interactions and follow-up activities in internal systems.
• Learn the programs, procedures, and service requirements associated with ReUnite Rx’s manufacturer partners.
• Help create and maintain email templates, workflows, reference materials, and process documentation.
• Support reporting, data review, Excel projects, and other operational needs as assigned.
• Learn and use new technology, including CRM, database, reporting, and AI-supported tools.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen patient service or improve business operations.
• Collaborate with a small team while independently managing assigned responsibilities.
• Follow all company policies, compliance requirements, privacy standards, and quality expectations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing, patient-facing, administrative, or service-oriented role.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to work onsite at 4200 Regent Boulevard in Irving, Texas.
• Ability to consistently work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
