Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable 3rd Shift Packer to join our production team. This critical role involves packing products, operating basic machinery, and performing general warehouse labor in a climate-controlled environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols during the overnight shift.

Schedule:

Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Overtime: Ability and willingness to work required overtime is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pack finished goods into appropriate containers, ensuring product integrity and proper labeling. Operate various basic packing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Perform general labor duties, including but not limited to, material handling, loading/unloading, and maintaining organized work areas. Assist with product labeling, scanning, and preparing items for shipment. Utilize hand tools as needed for assembly or packing tasks. Support stocking and inventory organization within the warehouse. Operate a hand pallet jack and shrink wrap machine (experience preferred, but training may be provided). Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures and operational guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Work Environment & Dress Code

Work will be performed in a climate-controlled production and warehouse facility. Permitted attire includes jeans, shorts, and t-shirts. Steel-toe shoes are required and must be provided by the employee. For safety on the production floor, no loose clothing, loose hair, or any jewelry (including watches and rings) are permitted.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand consistently for 812-hour shifts. Frequent stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching. Ability to repetitively lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) is required. Must own and consistently wear steel-toe shoes. Ability to work the designated 3rd shift hours and mandatory overtime. Prior experience with hand tools, labeling, general warehouse operations, stocking, shrink wrap machines, or hand pallet jacks is a plus.

Must be able to pass a drug test
