Title:  Machine Operator / Production Operator

Location: 1022 Corporate Park Way, Mebane North Carolina 27302

Shift & Payrate: 2 nd Shift, 3PM – 11:30 PM, M - F, $19.50/hr on W2
3 rd Shift, 8.45 pm – 7.15pm, M – F, $21/hr on W2

Job Summary:
Seeking a Production Operator to perform routine manufacturing activities including filling, packing, packaging, assembly, labeling, and product inspection. The role requires following SOPs and maintaining accurate records in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform production, packaging, assembly, labeling, and inspection activities.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.
• Work effectively in a team environment and meet production goals.
• Rotate between tasks as needed and support daily operations.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work extended hours when needed.
• Manufacturing or regulated-industry experience is a plus.
