Position Highlights

We are currently on the lookout for a non-interventional pain specialist to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at guiding and treating patients with both chronic and acute pain, providing comprehensive care with empathy and understanding. Our mission is to ensure that every patient receives thoughtful and holistic support throughout their treatment journey.

• Full-time Non-Interventional Pain Management Physician

• You will operate at both our Racine and Kenosha facilities, seeing patients in-clinic and conducting virtual consultations as necessary.

• Your focus will be on non-interventional, conservative rehabilitative, and behavioral therapies for managing chronic or acute pain across a diverse patient demographic.

• You will oversee appropriate medication management and provide referrals for alternative treatments such as acupuncture, nutrition, exercise, and physical and occupational therapies.

• Shared office space will be utilized for virtual consultations, with 2-3 exam rooms available in the clinic.

• Support from RNs and MAs will be provided for the practice.

• While no procedures are required, we welcome candidates interested in performing EMGs in Kenosha, with EMG equipment available on-site in the neurology clinic.

• We have an excellent referral network, with current wait times reaching up to four weeks, ensuring a busy schedule from day one.

• Work hours are Monday to Friday, with no on-call responsibilities; after-hours calls will be managed by a phone service.

• Utilize EPIC EMR for patient management.

Training and Experience Required

• Completion of an accredited residency program is mandatory.

• A fellowship in Pain Management is not required, but a background or interest in chronic pain is essential.
