Job Description

Express is looking for multiple concrete workers to manufacture custom concrete elements. Responsibilities include preparing molds, tying rebar, pouring and finishing concrete, and safely stripping finished products for curing and shipment. It is a physically demanding role requiring adherence to strict safety standards

Pay: up to $28/hr

Responsibilities:

• Mold Preparation: Clean, assemble, and oil precast forms/molds according to project specifications.
• Reinforcement Installation: Cut, tie, and place rebar, wire mesh, and steel inserts into molds.
• Concrete Placement: Assist in pouring, spreading, and leveling concrete into forms.
• Finishing & Stripping: Smooth and patch surfaces, and safely strip, lift, and remove cured products from molds.
• Material Handling: Stage raw materials and transport finished products using forklifts, overhead cranes, or rigging (if trained).
• Safety & Housekeeping: Keep the work zone clean, operate machinery safely, and consistently wear required Personal Protective Equipment
