About the Role

At Bath Planet of Metro NY, we're transforming bathrooms with stylish, affordable, and high-quality remodeling solutions. As an In-Home Sales Design Consultant , you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present customized bath remodeling solutions, and help customers bring their vision to life.

Using our proven sales process and innovative design technology, you'll guide homeowners through the renovation journey while building a rewarding six-figure career.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled appointments
• Present our proprietary sales presentation using company technology
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions
• Deliver pricing and close sales opportunities
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred
• Home improvement or remodeling industry experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and local market knowledge
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• A desire to earn a substantial income and grow professionally

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Top performers earn $150,000 to $200,000+ annually , with no cap on earnings. Your success is directly tied to your performance.
