Als Werkstudierender im Bereich Customer Support spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, unsere Kunden erfolgreich zu machen und ihre Zufriedenheit langfristig zu sichern.

Deine Aufgaben

Untersttzung beim Onboarding und in der Betreuung unserer Kunden
Erste Ansprechperson fr Fragen rund um die Nutzung unserer Plattform
Mitarbeit beim Monitoring der Kundenzufriedenheit und bei Erfolgskontrollen
Untersttzung bei der Identifizierung von Upselling- und Cross-Selling-Potenzialen
Mitwirkung an Feedbackschleifen und enger Austausch mit unserem Produktteam

Was dich ausmacht

Du befindest dich im Bachelor oder Master, z. B. in BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Kommunikations- oder Medienwissenschaften
Du hast Freude daran, Kunden zu untersttzen und Verantwortung zu bernehmen
Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch

Erste praktische Erfahrungen, z. B. in Startups, im Produktmanagement, Customer Success oder Business Development, sind ein Plus
