TPMG is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Hand/Upper Extremity Surgeon to join our collegial team in South Sacramento.  TPMG provides a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and opportunities for teaching, research, and leadership in a physician-led organization committed to quality care and work-life balance.

Position Highlights

\n
1. Team Composition : after this hire 9 surgeons (3 Hand/Shoulder/Elbow, 2 Total Joint (hips/knees), 2 Sports,  2 Trauma)
\n
2. Collaborative Model : Work closely with 2 experienced Physician Assistants and dedicated specialized Surgical Assistants
\n
3. Surgical Focus : Upper Extremity, both elective and non-elective.  Hand/elbow/shoulder expertise HIGHLY desired
\n
4. OR Time : eventual goal 2 days per week
\n
5. Call Schedule : ~1 in 9 (Level 2 community trauma)
\n

1. Dedicated trauma room time available staffed by Trauma Orthopedic Surgeons to place cases picked up on call the next day or later
\n
\n

Requirements:

• Board Certification or Eligibility
\n
• Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA

Full-time annual salary range is $640,200 to $660,000 plus additional potential incentives up to $83,270*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
