Exciting Career Opportunity: Training Technician – Quality
Location: Taylor Texas (training in Georgetown)
Hours: 8a-5p M-F
Pay Rate: starting at $22/hr based on experience

Kelly in partnership with Compal USA Technology is seeking an energetic and resourceful Training Technician – Quality to empower our team with top-tier training that keeps our operation strong and our standards high!
What You’ll Do:

• Deliver and support engaging quality-related training for new and current team members.
• Keep training schedules running smoothly and all documentation up-to-date and audit-ready.
• Track training completion, coordinate onboarding and certifications, and keep everyone in the loop- especially management and supervisors.
• Be a proactive partner in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company and customer standards.

Other Skills that Will Make You Stand Out:

• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with training matrices and document control systems.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent recordkeeping skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
