Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health needs, challenges, and aspirations. Provide individual therapy sessions that cater to clients across all age groups, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns—including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Collaboratively create detailed, client-centered treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions and set measurable goals for progress. Deliver timely crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and immediate well-being. Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, offering coping strategies and guidance on navigating available community resources. Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate and confidential records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments. Adhere to ethical guidelines and state regulations pertinent to counseling practice, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent throughout the therapeutic process. Exhibit cultural sensitivity and competence by effectively working with clients from various backgrounds, adapting approaches to meet diverse needs. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients, participating in team meetings to discuss client progress and make necessary treatment adjustments. Patient Population / Client Focus As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with our clinic, you will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults. Your duties will involve addressing a wide array of mental health concerns tailored to the unique needs of each client. Qualifications A Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required. A minimum of three years of relevant experience in the mental health field, demonstrating strong clinical skills in outpatient settings. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
