We are looking for an experienced family law attorney to join a respected legal practice in the greater Salem area. This position is ideal for a licensed attorney who is confident handling sensitive domestic relations matters and guiding clients through complex legal proceedings. The role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload that includes negotiations, courtroom appearances, and document preparation in a fully on-site environment.Responsibilities:• Represent clients in family law matters such as divorce proceedings, prenuptial agreements, custody-related disputes, and other domestic relations cases.• Prepare, review, and file legal documents including motions, briefs, pleadings, and discovery materials with a high level of accuracy.• Advocate for clients during court appearances, motion hearings, and other contested proceedings.• Lead and participate in mediation sessions and settlement discussions to help resolve matters efficiently and effectively.• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies that support favorable outcomes for clients.• Manage an active caseload independently while maintaining clear communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.• Assess case developments, advise clients on legal options, and provide practical counsel throughout each stage of representation.
