Are you an experienced CAD Technician with AutoCAD Civil 3D experience in surveying or civil engineering? Our client is looking for a detail-oriented professional to support residential and commercial surveying projects by producing accurate, high-quality survey deliverables.
What You'll Do
- Prepare survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D from field data, notes, and project information.
- Draft boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and plat-related survey deliverables.
- Review field data for accuracy and identify missing or inconsistent information.
- Revise drawings based on field updates, internal reviews, and surveyor feedback.
- Maintain organized CAD files, templates, and drafting standards.
- Coordinate with field crews, project managers, and licensed surveyors throughout the drafting process.
- Help ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of survey or civil CAD production experience.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience drafting boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, or plat-related survey drawings.
- • Ability to read and interpret field notes, survey data, legal descriptions, and project documents.
