CADD TechCardinal Civil Resources is currently looking for an employee with high integrity and an excellent attention to detail in order to fill a position as a CADD Tech.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesIdeal candidate would serve as a Survey CADD Operator & possess a superior skill set that includes:Perform some office duties, including data reduction, field note reduction, calculations, data checks and staking computations using survey computer programs and IntelliCADDaily CADD production to complete Boundary, Topographic, House Location Surveys. In addition, drafting of Grading Plans, Easement Plats, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys etc.Carlson Civil Suites with IntelliCAD (Primary)GIS (Secondary)Attention to detail and self-motivated with the ability to think criticallyPerforms mathematical calculations and checking of field dataReads and understands plans and specificationsKnow basic sources of measurement errorsBasic understanding of geometry and gradingPerforms other duties as assignedEducation and/or ExperienceTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
