Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related concerns, and support staff, patients, and visitors through strong customer service and communication. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $20.46 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeFri 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM Sat 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including hallways, waiting areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general assistance, and report security‑related issues involving restricted areas, property, and/or personnel. Support site operations by observing for maintenance concerns, policy violations, and other conditions that may impact daily activity, and communicate findings through required reports and/or logs. Minimum Requirements Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
