Auto Service Advisor - Customer Experience Champion

Germain Honda of Surprise is seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane, serving as the first contact for vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics. You will be versed in our service offerings, scheduling, and warranty processing.
