You will collaborate within educational environments, balancing direct intervention and consultative services to support student development. The structured schedule consists of three days dedicated to managing your assigned caseload and one day reserved for targeted interventions, giving you the balance needed to focus on both individualized therapy and broader student support.

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Occupational Therapist (OT) License required
• Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Ability to work with students across all age groups, from PreK to high school
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to enhance student learning and participation
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and monitor student progress
• Consult with teachers and staff to promote a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professionally to student planning
