TAX SPECIALIST II - 73002499This is a Tax Specialist II position in the General Tax Administration Program's, Receivables Management, Field Operations - Collection Process. The incumbent provides professional level support in coordination of service center matters to improve voluntary compliance, reduce the burden on those we serve, and continually improve the Systems for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX) and Collection Analytics system related issues. The incumbent will analyze accounts to determine options for enforcement actions and stipulated agreements along with contacting taxpayers to resolve tax liabilities and coordinates the filing and enforcement actions for Department of Revenue taxes.
