Beaver Falls Primary Care: 1302 7th Ave., Beaver Falls, PA 15010

Monday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

\n

​Tuesday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

\n

Wednesday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

\n

Thursday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

\n

Friday 8:00 am - 2:00 pm

Qualifications:

\n

\n

  \n Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.\n

\n
• \n

  \n Current PA License; and Current DEA License\n

\n
• \n

  \n Knowledge of Electronic Health Records\n

\n
• \n

  \n Willingness to serve as a collaborating physician for Advance Practice Providers\n

\n
• \n

  \n Ability to provide quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care in a compassionate manner with minimum supervision.\n
