Title: Bearing Design Engineer
Location: Worcester, MA
Full-Time | Direct Hire | Onsite
Overview:
- Own custom bearing design from customer requirements through manufacturing. Design components, improve production, develop tooling, and launch new products.

What You'll Do:
- Design bearing components and assemblies.
- Support customer applications and product development.
- Improve machining, stamping, tooling, and assembly.
- Develop manufacturing plans, work instructions, and engineering changes.
- Drive DFMA, Lean, Kaizen, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Lead engineering projects across multiple departments.
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- Mechanical design and manufacturing engineering experience.
- Bearing design or precision mechanical components preferred.
- Metal stamping, machining, tooling, and manufacturing knowledge.
- Blueprints, GD&T, DFMA, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks.
