HVAC Installer – ResidentialUp to $40/hr. + Benefits + Year-Round Work Glendale, AZ | Full-TimeBuild a Career Installing Comfort That Lasts This SpringBumble Bee Home Services is growing, and we're looking for a skilled HVAC Installer who takes pride in clean installs, quality craftsmanship, and working with a team that values professionalism.If you want steady work, strong pay, and a company that respects your skills, this is the place.Our install team handles high-quality residential system replacements and new installs across the Valley, and we're looking for installers who want to grow with a five-star company.What You'll DoInstall residential HVAC systems (split systems, package units, heat pumps)Complete ductwork modifications and sheet metal workEnsure systems are installed correctly and running efficientlyWork closely with install helpers and project managersCommunicate professionally with homeownersMaintain a clean and safe job siteFollow safety standards and company proceduresWhat We're Looking For5+ years HVAC installation experience EPA Universal Certification (required) NATE Certification (preferred but not required) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in attics/crawlspaces Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanshipPay & Benefits$30 – $40 per hour (based on experience) Career advancement opportunities Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) with 4% company match 40 hrs.
