* Conduct tours and presentations of our community, highlighting our unique approach to memory care and supporting services
* Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as healthcare professionals and social workers
* Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition for new residents
* Provide ongoing support to residents and their families, addressing concerns and celebrating successes
