Travel Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical/Orthopedic unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and response to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Kansas or a compact state license
• Experience in a Medical Surgical or Orthopedic nursing setting
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to work night shift in a fast-paced inpatient environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Orthopedic patient care experience
