Quality Control Quality Assurance - Returns Large Equipment (SAP Preferred) Contract Johnson Service Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Returns Technician to perform visual inspection of large Hospital equipment/Capital equipment. – SAP experience preferred (Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.). Basic Qualifications High School diploma or GED 1 year experience conducting visual inspections of materials Quality Assurance Returns Technician Essential Functions Ability to read Bills of Materials Perform detailed visual inspection of material to determine product quality where limits may not be clearly defined. Record and report results of inspections, material discrepancies, and defect data using SAP Appropriate timely and efficient movement and disposition of material and movement of acceptable product into use Coordination with Logistics personnel to ensure timely movement and processing of material Make recommendation on disposition of questionable product to Quality Returns Technicians Good to proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite and SAP preferred Good organizational, listening, and verbal / written communication skills with demonstrated ability to follow instructions and processes Able to work as part of a team (collaborate) Work Conditions Warehouse environment Ability to lift 30 lbs.
