12hrs. +Rotating Weekends

Full-Time Day. Full-Time Night

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Aspire Senior Living Webb City. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enhancing their lives, and contributing to our mission of delivering the highest quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist residents with medication management, vital signs monitoring, and other health-related tasks

• Participate in the implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care

• Collaborate with the care team to identify and address resident needs, concerns, and preferences

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress

• Promote a positive and respectful environment, fostering a sense of community and enhancing the overall resident experience

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
