Advanced sales concepts knowledge, excellent prospecting, relationship building, and business development skills are essential. Candidates for the VP position at the company's Life and Annuity Brokerage team should be driven, ambitious, and possess strong communication, writing, and organizational skills. The role requires the ability to act independently with minimal direction and a professional demeanor. While not mandatory, a professional designation is preferred.
