Guest Relations Coordinator

General Purpose Hiring salary is dependent upon experience. Hiring Range $17.06 - $20.75 / Hourly Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. We are hiring for a Guest Relations position in our City Clerk's office! Under the guidance of the Deputy City Clerk, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service at our Front Desk while managing various administrative tasks. We're looking for a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to helping citizens and fellow employees with accurate information and support. If you have strong human relations skills, a knack for conflict resolution, and proficiency in operating Windows PCs and computerized cash registers, we want to hear from you!
