Senior Corporate Counsel, Capital Markets (Hybrid/Remote)
Switch
Switch is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate (Capital Markets) to guide the company’s financing activities and complex capital markets transactions. You will partner with Finance, Treasury, Corporate Development, and leadership to structure deals, manage legal risk, and oversee outside counsel.
Strong business partnership and practical advisory skills are essential. You will lead due diligence, document workstreams, and drive efficiencies by developing playbooks and standardized processes
