What You'll Do As a Store Leader, you'll: Inspire and lead your team to deliver outstanding service and achieve results Coach and develop employees, helping them grow into future leaders Drive sales and profitability through smart merchandising and marketing execution Create a welcoming, well-stocked, and safe store environment Use business insights (sales reports, P&L, and metrics) to make impactful decisions Recruit and retain top talent, building a high-performing team culture Oversee daily operations—including cash handling, inventory, and loyalty program engagement Why Join Us?
