Accident and Critical Illness Insurance Paid Time Off Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Responsibilities Provide top-tier, compassionate clinical care to diverse patient populations during high-volume shift transitions Adapt quickly to facility-specific protocols, unit dynamics, and electronic health record (EHR) systems Manage admissions, discharges, and rapid changes in patient acuity efficiently during the evening hours Collaborate seamlessly with both day-shift and night-shift healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care Utilize your seasoned critical thinking skills to problem-solve independently and maintain excellent patient outcomes Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of recent long-term care experience in your specialty, with at least 1 successfully completed travel contract Active, unencumbered RN License (Compact/Multi-State preferred) and active BLS/ACLS Self-reliant attitude with flexibility to adapt to varying evening/mid-shift schedules Strong proficiency with major EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and excellent hand-off communication #J-18808-Ljbffr HealthForce Healthcare
