Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, contract position is based near Rochester, MI, and offers the chance to serve two elementary schools from August 25 through June 11, 2027. Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathology licensure required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience in school-based SLP, pediatrics, or healthcare settings preferred
• Familiarity with diverse student populations and a passion for enhancing communication skills
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services on site to elementary-aged students
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, administrators, and families to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress notes, and reports
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
• Promote an inclusive learning environment that supports communication growth for all students
