We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing multi-disciplinary team and help us Reveal the Super in Every Child!

The Sterling Heights South MetroEHS clinic is an expansive treatment area with three therapy gyms, dedicated space for each discipline, and a large team of therapists to collaborate and work alongside. The outdoor courtyard is fun in summer or winter and patients enjoy walks around the building. SHS is located near both residential and commercial areas making it an easy commute for many! And our virtual therapists use a dedicated platform with an abundance of games and activities designed for teletherapy.

Your Impact As a Speech-Language Pathologist at MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy, you will: Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve receptive/expressive language, articulation, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders. Utilize play-based and culturally responsive interventions to engage children and foster communication skills. Collaborate with families and caregivers, equipping them with home-based techniques for continued progress. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure well-rounded therapy approaches tailored to each child's needs. Maintain detailed clinical records and documentation as required. Participate in clinical meetings, professional development, and research opportunities.

Qualifications Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or Clinical Fellow eligibility) AND/OR State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan

Physical & Environmental Requirements Active & Engaged Work Kneeling, bending and playing at ground level. Hands-On Support Lifting up to 50+ lbs may be required. Quick Reflexes Ability to respond to behaviors such as elopement (running away) or aggressive actions. Loud or Noisy Environments Working with active children in dynamic settings. Potential Exposure to Bodily Fluids Assisting with hygiene or accidental incidents.

Clinic Location South Sterling Heights Status Full-time Compensation After applying, a member of our recruiting team will call to review the pay range and opportunities for additional compensation through productivity bonuses. Compensation varies based on each clinicians unique skills and experience. Full-time Sign-on Bonus: $2,500 (paid in two installments, with a two-year commitment)
