Your Future Role At A GlanceLocation: Pensacola, FLFacility: Ascension Sacred Heart PensacolaDepartment: Recovery RoomSchedule: Rotating | Full-timeHow You'll Make An Impact In This RoleAssign, direct, and monitor nursing and support staff during shifts; provide valuable input on hiring, training, and development, and assist with or perform staff performance evaluations.Assess daily patient care needs to develop and distribute strategic assignments, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and population-appropriate patient care.Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of patient care across the unit, proactively identifying and resolving issues that impact desired patient outcomes.Act as a first line of defense by responding to patient care complaints and efficiently managing them through established organizational channels.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida required.
