Inside Sales Representative - Fintech & Payments Base + commission

QuickRefund is growing its sales team in Boca Raton, Florida, and we're looking for motivated sales professionals who are confident on the phone, comfortable prospecting, and excited about the opportunity to grow with an expanding fintech company.

Quick Refund helps merchants resolve disputes before they become chargebacks, helping businesses reduce unnecessary losses, protect their merchant accounts, and better manage chargeback and VAMP exposure.

This is an in-office sales position based in Boca Raton, Florida.

Compensation

$35-50k base salary + uncapped commission (total compensation at plan $120k)

This role is designed for someone who wants the stability of a base salary with the ability to significantly increase their earnings through sales performance.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities

• Make outbound calls and connect with prospective merchants and business owners

• Follow up consistently with leads and prospects

• Learn the Quick Refund platform and clearly explain its value to potential clients

• Identify businesses experiencing chargeback, dispute, fraud, or payment-processing challenges

• Conduct sales calls and product presentations

• Manage opportunities from initial outreach through close

• Maintain an organized and active sales pipeline

• Build relationships with merchants and referral partners

• Work closely with company leadership as the sales team continues to grow

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is motivated, competitive, organized, and comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for leads to come to them.

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Have prior sales experience, preferably in B2B, inside sales, merchant services, fintech, SaaS, or a related industry

• Are confident and professional on the phone

• Enjoy prospecting and starting conversations with new businesses

• Know how to follow up consistently

• Can learn a technical product and explain it in a simple, compelling way

• Are comfortable working toward sales goals

• Are organized and able to manage multiple prospects at once

• Are coachable and motivated to improve

• Want to grow with a company rather than step into a highly structured corporate sales environment

Payments or fintech experience is a plus, but it is not required for the right salesperson.

Experience with merchant services, payment processing, chargebacks, fintech, SaaS, or B2B sales is helpful.

What We're Not Looking For

This is not a senior enterprise sales or sales leadership position.

We are looking for someone who wants to sell, build a book of business, earn commission, and grow into additional responsibility as the company expands.
