Job Title: Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Interventional Pain Management Location: Fitchburg, MA Employment Type: Full-Time About Us: We are a rapidly growing interventional pain management practice based in Fitchburg, MA, dedicated to providing compassionate, cutting-edge care to patients with chronic pain. Our team is seeking a motivated and skilled Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our collaborative and fast-paced clinical environment. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and recent graduates eager to build expertise under the mentorship of a seasoned physician. Key Responsibilities: Manage a daily patient load of approximately 2530 individuals Conduct evaluations and provide treatment plans for a variety of chronic pain conditions Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate interventional procedures Handle medication refill requests and support continuity of care Collaborate closely with the supervising physician and clinical staff What We Offer: Supportive, team-oriented clinical environment Competitive compensation starting at $135K + (negotiable based on experience) No call responsibilities Opportunities for professional growth and continued learning Flexible start date Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM 3:00 PM Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off
