Trauma Performance Improvement Lead

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Trauma Performance Improvement (PI) Coordinator to identify, verify and investigate trauma patient events. The role leads performance improvement and quality assurance from pre-hospital care through discharge, using Lean/Six Sigma and other methodologies. You will prepare reports, educate teams, and drive spread of improvements across the hospital.
