You provide personalized service, attract and retain premium players, and ensure every interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality and regulatory compliance.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service cultureMeet or exceed revenue, visitation, and player development goals as assigned by the Player Development departmentDevelop, maintain, and grow relationships with high-value guests through property hosting, off-property outreach, telemarketing, and email communicationsCoordinate VIP reservations, accommodations, amenities, transportation, and bill-back paperwork to ensure a seamless guest experienceProactively identify and engage new players, re-establish relationships with former guests, and promote loyalty club enrollment on the casino floorMaintain current knowledge of all promotions, events, and amenities to accurately inform and assist guestsExercise sound judgment when issuing comps and incentives based on play, profitability, and guest valueEnsure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the positionProvide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standardsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum 2 years of casino host or player development experienceAt least 4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-end hospitality or gaming environmentAbility to manage multiple guests needs simultaneouslyCommitted to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environmentAbility to access and input information using casino marketing systems such as CMS and LMS preferredSkilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft TeamsRequirements:At least 21 years of ageHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbalObtain and maintain all work cards as required by the companyVerify right to work in the United StatesWork Cards:Alcohol Awareness CardNevada Gaming RegistrationPhysical Requirements:Occasionally push/pull up to 25lbsOccasionally lift and/or carry up to 25lbs at floor, knee, waist, and chest levelsOccasionally squat, kneel, reach, bend, twistRegularly sit and work at a desk or computerFrequently standing and walkingAbility to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephoneAbility to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in personWork Environment Potential Conditions:IndoorSmokyNoisyBright flashing lightsSlippery surfacesThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
