Automotive Service Advisor

Kerry Automotive Group Service Advisor Service Advisors are primarily responsible for assisting customers through the service process. From determining the customer's needs in our Service Department, to ensuring they have a great experience throughout - you will be the primary resource to our customers during for their service needs. Outgoing, upbeat personalities tend to be most successful with this position. Benefits 401(K) Savings Plan Medical Plan Dental Plan Vision Plan Paid Vacation Opportunities for advancement Responsibilities Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations Maintain the companys standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee and community relations Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently Increase profitability by maximizing sales & executing retail promotions Oversee technicians working on customers vehicles, including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering, job completion times Requirements Valid commercial drivers license & clean driving record Automotive service advisor experience is a plus, but not required Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions Multitasking skills Proficient use of computers/business machines We are an equal opportunity employer.
