Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical Profession: RN Medical/Surgical Specialty: RN Medical/Surgical Duration: 26 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Valid RN license required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: EOW, EOH Description: Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical/surgical patients. Assess patient health status and implement appropriate interventions. Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage IV therapy. Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Foster a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
