Night Shift: Medical Unit Receptionist

Novant Health's Brunswick Medical Center is seeking a clerical/receptionist for the Family Care Unit. The 7:00pm–7:00am night shift supports patient care operations with a focus on teamwork and customer service.
Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, coordinating with care teams, and maintaining front-desk efficiency. A High School Diploma or GED is required; healthcare experience is preferred, with NC-approved restrictive intervention training within 3 months of hire.
