Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience required. Traveler Experience: First-time travelers accepted. Local Candidates: Accepted at a local rate. Certification: BLS required. Shift: 3 × 12-hour night shifts Patient Ratio: Target 1:6 , though ratios may increase during high census Contract Length: 13–26 weeks Weekend: Every other weekend required Floating: Required to similar units and alternate inpatient care locations, including inpatient holding in the ED Call: May be required if called off from a scheduled shift; missed shifts may need to be made up Ideal candidate: A Med/Surg RN with at least 2 years of inpatient experience who is comfortable caring for oncology patients and is either chemotherapy certified or fully committed to obtaining the ONS certification.
