Bohanan's Prime Steaks & Seafood is seeking an experienced, professional, and hospitality-focused Bartender to join our award-winning team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about exceptional service, knowledgeable about cocktails, wine, and spirits, and committed to creating memorable guest experiences in a fine dining environment.

Position Summary

As a Bartender at Bohanan's, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service while maintaining the high standards of hospitality and professionalism that have made Bohanan's one of San Antonio's premier dining destinations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and consistency.
• Provide attentive and engaging service to guests at the bar and throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of beverage offerings, including premium spirits, wines, and specialty cocktails.
• Ensure bar areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Accurately process transactions and maintain proper cash-handling procedures.
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
• Follow all TABC regulations and company policies regarding alcohol service.
• Work collaboratively with the service and management teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required; fine dining experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
• Current TABC Certification required.
