Job Title

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Be responsible for mixing drinks to order and serving the guests

- Be responsible for having knowledge of all bar drinks and wines

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication; personable and guest service driven

- Self-motivated with professional demeanor

- Pass a short bartending test

- Must have good customer service skills and the ability to develop and enhance guest loyalty

- Availability to work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Education and/or Experience

- Previous bartending experience preferred

- Must be at least 19 years of age

- Must be able to pass a credit check

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Excellent guest service skills: ability to adhere to Universal Service Standards of proper grooming and appearance.

- Must have basic math skills; ability to count change and balance bank

- Ability to complete required pre-employment food and alcohol service training

- Effective communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and receive orders

- Highly motivated, ability to take initiative, effectively work with others and work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands

- Ability to stand and remain stationary for the entire length of shift

- Constant standing, bending, reaching and repetitive motions

- Frequent lift, push or pull items and objects weighing up to 50 lbs

Working Conditions

- May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on season

- Moderate to extreme exposure to noise during events

- May be exposed to vibrations caused by extreme noise during events

- May be exposed to strobe lights/lasers during events

- May be exposed to chemicals when cleaning locations
