Join the Office of Information Technology as a Cybersecurity Architect supporting the AccessCMS platform and the enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) framework. At CMS, you'll help design the security infrastructure that controls how users safely access systems serving 150+ million Americans. Cybersecurity Architect (IT Cybersecurity Specialist) We’re looking for a cybersecurity professional to support the development, design, implementation, and oversight of the AccessCMS platform and ICAM security framework. Salary $98,630 - $133,142/year (varies by location) Locations Woodlawn, MD | Philadelphia, PA (Telework eligible) What you’ll do Contribute to the design of the overall enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) security framework Perform analysis of a system’s compliance with applicable policies, standards, and procedures Monitor progress against program plans, identifying milestones, tasking, and timeframes Provide administrative support to Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) in formulating project plans, statements of work, and budgets for ICAM initiatives Assist in internal reporting to leadership on ICAM governance activities and CMS security compliance metrics What we need Experience developing and executing security strategies in accordance with NIST requirements to protect systems, networks, and data Background designing and implementing Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solutions or products Experience monitoring and reporting on ICAM program plans and compliance activities, including tracking milestones and preparing governance reports Attention to Detail Customer Service Oral Communication Problem‑Solving Position GS-2210-12 Application deadline Resume required (2 page limit).
