Manages accounting staff. Works with Controllers and other senior managers. Problem solves. Supervise/manage a department and have authority over hiring/firing/performance decisions. Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office environment. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of related experience. Knowledge of all areas of accounting. Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in Finance/Accounting. Ability to supervise and set direction for accounting department. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to utilize Microsoft applications. Ability to work at a fast pace.
