This opportunity offers exciting challenges while managing design teams on single and multi-discipline projects. Responsibilities Project engineering and management including project oversight, setting priorities and developing objectives, project financial management as well as hands‑on involvement in the design process. The ability to serve as a technical resource for site civil team members. Business development activities including proposal preparation, project interviews/presentations, and client management. Managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced multidiscipline environment. Professional society involvement. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and managing a wide variety of site development projects, municipal roadway and utility projects. Knowledge of stormwater management design and permitting regulations. Knowledge of municipal utility design including sanitary sewer and water main. Experience managing a group would be considered a plus. Abilities to manage and mentor staff and successfully lead a group is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with a multi‑discipline and architect‑led team on large facility projects. Professional Engineer (PE) License in Florida. Good communication skills and a proven track record in successfully interacting with clients and internal team members is necessary. Success in business development planning, including developing strategic business plans, marketing activities, client development, presentation experience and proposal development is a desired. Proficient with Autodesk Civil3D, hydrology and hydraulic software.
