Quality Technician
We are currently hiring an experienced Quality Technician for a manufacturing company that produces components for the automotive industry. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with previous quality experience who is comfortable working overtime when production requires it.

Quality Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$19.00 /hour
Full Time work available
Third Shift (Sunday through Thursday from 10:45pm to 07:00am)
Perform quality inspections on manufactured automotive components
Inspect finished and in-process parts for defects and nonconforming material
Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment as required
Verify parts meet established specifications, measurements, and quality standards
Complete required quality documentation, inspection reports, and production records Identify, document, and report quality issues or defective products
Work closely with production and machine operators to address quality concerns
Follow established inspection procedures and customer quality requirements
Maintain accurate records and ensure quality standards are consistently followed
Quality Technician Qualifications:
Previous Quality Technician experience required
Manufacturing quality experience strongly preferred
Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus
Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers preferred
Ability to read and understand measurements, specifications, and inspection requirements
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
Good/stable work history and dependable attendance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Must be able to work 3rd shift
Must be flexible to work overtime and occasional 10–12 hour shifts when required
Applicant may be subject to a background check
