Call Center Sales Representative (remote)

* This is a work from home position.  Our client is seeking Call Center Sales Representatives within 100 miles of Chicago, IL or South Jordan, UT.

About the role:
Our client operates multiple consumer lending brands, each featuring distinct offerings and customer criteria. In the role of a Call Center Sales Representative, you will undergo a comprehensive three-week training program to specialize in a specific brand. Following the completion of training, you will handle a significant volume of inbound calls, engaging with potential customers to aid them in their loan application process.

What you’ll be doing:

• Effectively handle calls by guiding customers through the loan application process
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a clear understanding of the features and benefits of our client's products and services
• Initiate outbound calls to customers who have not completed their loan application
• Ensure excellent customer service through excellent verbal and written communication
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date information for customer accounts

Pay and Benefits:

Work hours
Must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Central Time. Some schedules may require working one weekend day.

*We only offer set full-time schedules (no part-time or flexible schedules).
